Originally from the UK, I have spent my life in motion — living in Sydney, Los Angeles, Mallorca, and Mexico, travelling extensively, and calling the Northern Rivers of NSW home since 2008.

My career began at sea. Years working as a private chef aboard superyachts took me across the globe and into the homes and lives of some of the world’s most discerning individuals. It was extraordinary work — but over time I found myself drawn to something deeper than the perfection of a plate. I wanted my cooking to heal. I wanted to nurture, not just impress.

That pull led me toward wellness. I trained as a life coach, founded a health and wellness app, and began exploring what it truly means to support another person’s wellbeing — not just their comfort. Eventually, that path led me into care, where all of those threads finally came together.

Today I work with high-profile individuals in the Northern Rivers and beyond — supporting those navigating recovery and rehabilitation, and those immersed in creative projects that demand their full focus. Whether you need someone to hold the practical elements of life so you can heal, or to keep everything running seamlessly so you can create, I bring the same standard to both.

Care, at its highest level, is not a service. It is a relationship.

My approach begins with listening — deeply and without assumption. Every individual I work with has a unique set of needs, preferences, and sensitivities. My role is to understand those completely before anything else.

From there, I work to create an environment of consistency and calm. I believe that genuine wellbeing comes from feeling safe, seen, and supported by someone you trust. That trust is not given — it is built, carefully and over time, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I bring emotional intelligence, discretion, and operational precision to everything I do. Whether I am providing direct one-on-one elite care in the Northern Rivers, coordinating a care team, or consulting on a household care structure, my standard does not change.
