A private aftercare program provides personalised, home-based support for someone recovering from surgery, rehabilitation, burnout, or other non-clinical needs. Rather than remaining in — or returning to — a facility, your loved one recovers in a familiar, comfortable environment, with dedicated professional care tailored entirely to them."

With nearly 12 years of hands-on experience as a non-clinical carer and 20 years as a private chef — both working exclusively with high-end private clients — I bring a depth of knowledge and intuition that is rare in this field. My formal training includes crisis management in mental health, first aid, CPR and Master NLP Practitioner training, which in practice means a highly developed capacity for emotional intelligence and human connection.
The lived experience of having sat with people at their most vulnerable — learning to read a room, anticipate a need before it is voiced, and create an environment in which genuine recovery becomes possible — is at the heart of everything I do. For my clients, that quality of presence is often what matters most.
Where a program requires a wider team, I personally select and oversee every individual involved, ensuring the same standard of care and discretion is maintained throughout.
-
My expertise, judgment and standards are at the centre of every program I deliver. I take the time to understand each client's unique needs and personally design their care plan from the ground up.
For programs that require additional support or round-the-clock care, I am able to bring together a carefully curated team of hand-picked carers, each selected and supervised by me to ensure complete continuity of standards and approach. Every person I work with is chosen with the same level of care and discretion that I bring to my own work.
As part of any program, I am also able to arrange bespoke organic food deliveries tailored specifically to the individual — ensuring that nutrition and nourishment are never an afterthought.
-
Each program is unique, catering to the individual needs of the client. It could be a week, a month or a year — whatever is needed can be arranged. I take pride in the intuitive approach I take in bringing together the right care for the right person, be it a team, a program or a one off occasion.

I am based in the beautiful Byron Bay region of New South Wales, an area renowned for its wellness culture and natural healing environment — and an ideal setting for clients seeking recovery close to nature.
That said, care doesn’t always happen in one place. I have previously travelled and lived with clients for extended periods to ensure continuity of care as they transition back into their own environment — because recovery doesn’t pause when circumstances change.
Travel within Australia and internationally is considered on a case by case basis, and where a program requires a wider care team, placement in other locations can also be arranged. If you have specific requirements around location, I am always happy to have a conversation about what is possible.

Discretion is not a feature of my service — it is the foundation of it. Confidentiality is the foremost value I bring to every program, and it is something I take deeply seriously.
All clients are protected by comprehensive NDAs and the full suite of appropriate legal contracts and privacy procedures. Critically, these extend to every member of any team I assemble — no exceptions. Everyone who enters your world through my service is bound by the same exacting standards of discretion that I hold myself to.
Confidentiality arrangements are entirely client-led. If you have specific privacy requirements or wish to discuss bespoke arrangements, I welcome that conversation from the very first point of contact.
-
Absolutely. Programs can be arranged by the individual themselves, or by a family member, spouse or loved one acting on their behalf. Many of my clients come through professional referrals — psychologists, therapists, doctors and other practitioners who recognise the value of dedicated home-based aftercare as part of a broader treatment or recovery plan.
However you find your way to me, the process begins with a confidential conversation to understand your situation and explore what kind of support would be most beneficial. There is no obligation and no pressure — simply an open and discreet discussion about what is possible.
If you are a professional looking to refer a client, I welcome those conversations equally and am happy to discuss how we might work together.
-
Every situation is different, and some programs require more preparation than others. I'm always happy to have an early conversation — even if you're just exploring your options or not quite sure where to start.
Feel free to reach out whenever feels right, and we can take it from there.

Pricing is as individual as the programs themselves. The cost of a program depends entirely on the scope of care required — the length of the program, the level of support needed, whether a wider care team is involved, and any additional services such as nutritional planning or organic food delivery.
What I can promise is complete transparency from the very first conversation. There are no hidden costs and no surprises — everything is discussed openly and agreed upon before a program begins.
The best way to get a clear picture of investment is simply to get in touch. Once I understand your situation and what you need, I can provide a clear and tailored proposal.

Addiction recovery is where the core of my experience lies, and it remains the area I am most deeply passionate about. Over nearly 12 years I have supported many clients through this deeply personal journey — and I understand the nuance, sensitivity and consistency it requires.
My programs for addiction recovery are typically arranged in conjunction with a supervising psychologist or other treating professional, ensuring that home-based care sits within a broader, clinically informed support structure. This collaborative approach means the client is held and supported from every angle — professionally, emotionally and practically.
If you are a family member, a treating professional or an individual exploring options for recovery support at home, I welcome your call.

Let food be thy medicine. This philosophy sits at the heart of how I approach nutrition within every program. Food is not an afterthought in recovery — it is one of the most powerful tools we have.
Every program includes access to thoughtfully curated nutritional support, tailored entirely to the individual. Whether that means specific dietary requirements, medically informed meal planning, or simply the comfort and nourishment of beautiful, organic food prepared with genuine care — it is all available as part of a bespoke program.
Organic food deliveries can also be arranged and curated specifically for the client, ensuring that what goes into the body is as carefully considered as every other aspect of their care.
